The International Teaser Trailer of 'Ice Age 3' Arrives!

Following the leaking of the theatrical teaser for "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" in late March 2008, the film's international teaser trailer has hit the interwebs. The international version of the teaser runs for about 1:57 minutes.

The international teaser contains pretty much the same video footage as the previous bootleg version of the teaser. It still picks up the story of the Saber-toothed squirrel Scrat, his attempt to obtain the acorn and the problems he is facing and creating due to his stubbornness. Following the release of "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" teaser trailer in theaters which was attached to "Horton Hears a Who!", it is doomed that the bootleg version will hit the web before its official teaser trailer is being officially released. The illegal version of the film's sneak peek took less than two minutes to be previewed.

The teaser begins with the shot of a vast snow landscape. As the shot moves ahead, it eventually gets a close up shot of Scrat who is facing the snow storm to get an acorn that stuck deep in the snow. By the time, the Saber-toothed squirrel gets close to his beloved acorn, the snow storm ends but left him frozen. As determined as he is, frozen Scrat did whatever he could to get a grab on the acorn.

'Ice Age 3' Teaser Hits Theaters With 'Horton'!

The teaser trailer of the 20th Century Fox animated movie "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" reportedly can be seen in the theaters on Friday, March 14. According to ComingSoon, the Carlos Saldanha-directed film is attached to another Fox's animation film "Horton Hears a Who!" which debuted on that day.

Reportedly, the teaser will once again feature Scrat, the Saber-toothed squirrel whose attempts in getting his beloved acorn often ended up in a disaster. This time, as he is still trying to get an acorn, the little pre-historic rodent ended up falling to a hole in the ice and encountering a T-Rex, which roars in front of his face.
