The Hunting Party New York Premiere Crowded with Stars
August 24, 2007 04:08:27Notable Hollywood names bonded together cheerfully in the Big Apple as they took time out of their hectic schedules to attend the New York City premiere for dark comic thriller "The Hunting Party" held Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at the city's Paris Theater.
Major cast members of the flick like Richard Gere, Terrence Howard, James Brolin, and Jesse Eisenberg were spotted to walk down the red carpet with director Richard Shepard also present, smiles never leaving their faces. Other celebrities joining the party included actress Vera Farmiga, TV host Montel Williams, Golden Globes-nominated actor Matthew Modine, "The Covenant" star Chase Crawford, and Dylan Baker, who recently played Dr. Curt Connors in "Spider-Man 3."

Diane Kruger Travels East to "Bosnia"
September 30, 2006 11:09:05German-born actress Diane Kruger is adding up one more acting stint to her resume. The "Troy" star has given positive sign to take part in comic adventure flick of "The Hunting Party (aka Spring Break in Bosnia)", the beauty herself confirmed the inclusion upon presenting "Copying Beethoven" with its director Agnieszka Holland in San Sebastian.
Joining Richard Gere and Terrence Howard in the cast, Kruger is billed to portray a Bosnian woman named Marjana while Gere and Howard will play a journalist and a cameraman, respectively. Lineup also consists of Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ivanir, plus Goran Kostic. Richard Shepard has been appointed to both direct and write the script.

"Bosnia" Is Eisenberg's Next Destination
June 30, 2006 04:06:52As stars have lined-up to have good time in "The Hunting Party (aka Spring Break in Bosnia)", the picture has officially added Jesse Eisenberg from "The Squid and the Whale" fame to its high-profile list, The Hollywood Reporter has reported. A native of New York, Eisenberg thus is the latest actor to join the cast after Richard Gere and Terrence Howard and so will come together with them under the direction of Richard Shepard, who also pens the script.
Made for The Weinstein Company, the flick centers on the story of a young journalist, a seasoned cameraman, and a discredited journalist who embark together on a mission to find the most sought war criminal on Bosnia to later be mistakenly identified as a CIA hit squad which leads their target to come after them.
