No 'Hostel III' for Eli Roth

Eli Roth has uttered that he has no intention to do "Hostel: Part III". To ShockTillYouDrop.com, the director of "Hostel" and "Hostel: Part II" explained on where he stands should the third film is being made. He stated, "If I started something and other people want to continue it, go for it. I'm just not involved in anyway."

Roth claimed that he has dedicated his life and works for the first two "Hostel" movies and was satisfied with how people responded. "I just said, 'I put everything in my life for three years into these movies. I've said everything I have to say with it. I feel very lucky I got to make them and the fans responded the way they did, and if you guys want to continue it, great, go ahead'," he recalled.

Gory horror film "Hostel" has had its sequel "Hostel: Part II" released back in the summer of 2007 and though still gaining profit from the screening, the second film was pretty much a disappointment. Hence, though there was a talk of third film prior to the release, it went silent after that. Still, that doesn't mean that is the end for "Hostel: Part III" since recently the talks on the matter resurfaced.

Latest report coming from the third movie project suggested that early talks for "Part III" have officially begun. And, the first confirmed story released stated that Eli Roth, the man behind the first two films won't return to either direct or write the script for the project. There is no word yet on whether he will return to still produce the film or not, or on whether the film will be released in theaters or straight to DVD.

Terror Ends on "Hostel: Part II"

Well, it can be stated now that there will be no third installment of "Hostel" series, at least not from director Eli Roth. The Massachusetts-born filmmaker recently told MTV.com that "Hostel: Part II" would be the end of the horror franchise as it opens June 8 this year.

"There are no more Hostels," so Roth stated as quoted by the site. "There is Hostel and Hostel 2 and that's it. It's like Kill Bill Volume 1 and Kill Bill Volume 2."

Jordan Ladd Added to "Hostel: Part II"

Rounding out the young cast of "Hostel: Part II", "Cabin Fever" star Jordan Ladd has signed on to take part in the follow-up of this year's sleeper hit "Hostel" which is currently filming in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic.

Joining the likes of Lauren German, Heather Matarazzo, and Bijou Phillips among others, Ladd is reportedly billed to play the girlfriend of Jay Hernandez's character. The movie itself picks up where the first film left off and follows three female students as they get invited by their classmate them to a place where they are assured to be able to relax and rejuvenate.

Details Unveiled on "Hostel" Sequel

For those who are curious on everything about the follow-up to Eli Roth's 2006 flick of "Hostel", Lionsgate as the production company of the project has just delightfully provided new details about the picture, officially titled "Hostel: Part II."

Scheduled for a January 5, 2007 release, the flick once again sees Eli Roth taking triple jobs as the writer, director, and producer, the latter still being conducted alongside his producing partners Chris Briggs and Mike Fleiss. Apart from Jay Hernandez who will reprise his role, cast includes Lauren German, Bijou Phillips, Roger Bart, Richard Bugl, and Heather Matarazzo.

THE MOVIE WASGREAT IT STARTED THE WAY .HOSTEL ENDED AND YOU SAW THE SIDE OF THE KILLERS VIEW.SWEET PRINCESS THERE WAS A POINT TO IT.YOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE MOVIE.OR MAYBE YOU NEVER WATCHED IT.....
