Good lesson in the movie: Put God first and your marriage won't fail! Touched us and it should you too if your heart is in the right place. Never leave your partner behind!!!!

Dec 03, 2008I read a lot of reviews before watching this movie from critics that seen it before it was released in theatres. It got a lot of negative feedback. If someone doesn't like this movie they must not believe in GOD! It was very touching and amazing. My husband in a firefighter, and the heavy emotions and danger they face everyday is overwhelming for them at times. I know it is hard to leave your work at work. I understand they movie completely, maybe that's why it means more to me. I absolutely love it. It brought tears to my eyes! God is good!!! I thought they acted out there parts well. I will be the first in line to fight for it when it comes out on dvd. I hope everyone will watch it, and get something out of it. At the end of the movie in the theatre I watched it in, everyone gave it a standing ovation.

This is the best movie ever, I hope and pray we can make more movies based on Family and God. Fireproof makes you want to be a better person. Now, I am ready for the DVD. Everyone should watch this. Thank you to all who worked on this movie on and off screen, you did a wonderful job. OUR GOD IS AWESOME.

Nov 07, 2008I was divorced 4 months ago so seeing this movie highly impacted me and my way of thinking. I even went as far as buying my ex-husband and his new girlfriend tickets to it. Watching it was gut wrenching because I saw my life pouring out on screen in so many ways...my marriage was just much more drastic than that. HIGHLY recommend it to EVERYONE.

Just incredible!! Every Married couple should see this movie.It will make there lives better. I wish it had come out last year .Our marriage might be in a better place.

Even non-Christians should take heed of the messages of patience, commitment, sacrifice, and the perils of addiction. Love is more than a emotion - it requires an unending series of conscious decisions. Fireproof has more to say about real, life-long love than 20 Hollywood movies combined.

W shouldn't just apply this movie to a spouse but to everyone around us. Great movie can't wait to get it on dvd. Also these guys have other movies out check them out on amazon!

This movie delves deeply into issues real people face today. No, this isn't Oscar-winning material, but it can accomplish something better than that. It can inspire couples in struggling marriages to turn to God for help and work out their differences, and it can also bring people to an understanding of Christ's love for us. THAT, I believe will make the Kendrick brothers happier than any gold statue ever could. It'll make our Savior happier too. Thank you for this incredible film!

Oct 07, 2008What an amazing and uplifting movie. I think they should make engaged couples watch this. Unfortunatly I am going through a divorce that I don't want at all. The whole thing has me torn up inside. My husband is going through a mid life crisis of sorts,though I did get my husband to go with me. He loved the movie and cried, so something got through. Our court date is November 20th, I pray to God that this helps to change his mind. I'm also doing the Love Dare.

Sep 29, 2008It was AWESOME...they tied everything in...the hurt, the laughter, the promise and the forgiveness. Wonderful to see a movie with the F word being, Faith,Family & Funny. Not billions spent to blow up a building but a small simple town and church making a difference (if you know the story of the production). My husband saw it twice, saw it with a good friend going through a divorce (not wanting it) and then I saw it with him. Tears, Laughter, Applause...and people staying in afterward to take it in and compose themselves...Another Facing The Giant TOUCH DOWN on this movie..go support...but a ticket and give it away...TELL THE WORLD we want good, clean movies of substance! I am still in awe! Can't wait to show it at our All Ages Family Pool Hall in Federal Way when it comes out...cannot wait! Two hands and two feet up! :)

It brings things up that are so stinging real and that are the real heart of the struggle that marriage can be. I can't help but think that people who saye who say this movie is awful are either single adn so taken by worldly values or they simply don't have enough courage to admit that to one degree or another the issues in this movie are issues they deal with as well. To have not been affected by this movie for all the Hollywood polish it didn't have, is to be very disconnected from your heart and terribly jaded and cynical. It really was a solidly good movie with so much more to offer than just about anything else you'll see.
