Very action packed, which is to be expected. The characters had a little depth but nothing extravagant. It was interesting to see the way they avoided too much directly visual violence against women, and also the way they incorporated a moral twist. Fairly much a kill or be killed movie with little suspense or intellect, but a lot of great action non-the-less.

The condemned is the best movie I ever seen. Theirs alot of action and violance. I think that they should make the condemned and put the Undertaker in it.

Action Packed! I saw the premiere in Detroit, Michigan as part of WWE's Wrestlemania weekend. All the roster of WWE were there which gave the film a great atmosphere. The fans were out in force to cheer on stone cold in the film. Mr Austin made an appearance at the end to a standing ovation. Plot: Similarities to Battle Royale but modernised and more action than a directors vocabulary. A wealthy business man places 10 death row ''Condemned'' onto a remote island hooked up with hundreds of cameras all for the benefit of internet subscribers. 10 enter the island with the opportunity of leaving if they are the last man/woman standing. thus begins the action! stone cold plays a character similar to his alias in WWF/WWE and it works very well. with the addition of Vinnie Jones to provide good ol' British grind. overall, a great action packed film with an upstanding storyline and well timed comedic relief. 5 Stars!!
