it's slow in some places, and ultimately predictable, but still a well-made, enjoyable horror romp for fans looking to satisfy their creepy carnival craving
"Clown" attempts to be subtle for a good 30 minutes, but co-writer/director Jon Watts doesn't maintain patience, soon amplifying violence against children and assort demonic awakenings to give the effort some shock value when basic suspense fails him
