Movie Story
Revolves around a young Darren Shan, who, after attending an illegal freak show with his best friend, decides to become a vampire's assistant in order to save his best friend's life. Forced to leave his home and family forever, Darren joins the freak show where he meets a host of bizarre creatures and finds himself at the center of a war between the vampires and a rival clan.

i have read the whole series of books and i am squeamish to think there is actulaly a movie coming out ahhh!!!! im soooo excited i just wonder what age ratin it is

posted by b0b on Aug 25, 2008Agreed about John C being Mr Crepsley, and I am sad such a sweet kid is playing Steve. But I think it will be really awesome. Great books. Also, I didnt see casting for Debbie... that would be pretty disappointing if she wasnt it in.
