Leonardo DiCaprio's 'Body of Lies' Welcomes Domestic Trailer

After presenting movie lovers with the international trailer of "Body of Lies", Warner Bros. Pictures have debuted a new trailer of their latest spy thriller. Considerably longer than the previously released trailer, the new footage is a full length domestic trailer that gives out a deeper look into the film featuring Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.

Telling the story of Roger Ferris, "Lies" follows this former journalist turned CIA operative as he is sent to a mission to track down an important terrorist leader suspected to be running his network in Jordan. Attempting to infiltrate the organization, Ferris is forced to team up with a manipulative CIA boss, Ed Hoffman, and a Jordanian intelligence's head. But, how far he could trust those men will be the other thing that he should find out before his mission and especially his life are put on the line.

International Trailer Let Out First Look Into Leonardo DiCaprio's 'Body of Lies'

On the same day Warner Bros. Pictures released the first teaser trailer of "Watchmen", the studio also deliver an international trailer of their forthcoming spy thriller "Body of Lies". Providing first glimpses into the action thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe, the video footage is relatively short for a trailer, but it is enough to show interesting parts of the movie.

Giving a background to the film's story, the compilation of clips is focused on the two main characters, a former journalist turned CIA operative Roger Ferris and manipulative CIA veteran Ed Hoffman. Throughout the whole video, viewers are displayed the relationship between the two characters, Ferris' dangerous mission as well as the deceiving tricks.

Russell Crowe Is Full of "Lies"

Making the project a real high-profile property, filmmakers of "Body of Lies" have delightfully picked up Russell Crowe to join previously-announced Leonardo DiCaprio in the flick's cast lineup, Variety has confirmed.

An adaptation of the David Ignatius novel, the thriller drama will find the Oscar winner playing Ed Hoffman, the manipulative CIA boss who teams with operative Roger Ferris, portrayed by DiCaprio, to trap a dangerous Al-Qaeda leader by planting a false rumor that the bomber is in cahoots with the Americans.

Slated to be one of the busiest actors in the game judging from the upcoming acting stints he has to carry out, Leonardo DiCaprio turns out to still eager to add one more work into the list.

Variety reports that the striking actor is currently engaged in early talks to topline "Body of Lies", a Warner Bros. Pictures' big screen adaptation of David Ignatius' new novel of the same name. Previously titled "Penetration", the project has already had Donald De Line produced via De Line Pictures with Michael Costigan executive producing.
