Five clips from the action thriller sci-fi have been brought up on the net, revealing more about the terror evoked by both of the titular outer-space beings. In the movie, war between the two creatures now takes place in a small American town after a Predator ship carrying Predalien and Facehuggers crashes into the Earth.

Bringing something special for New York City and Los Angeles-based fans of "", 20th Century Fox announced that it would hold limited midnight screenings for the action thriller sci-fi on both Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25.

Labeled Midnight Mass-Acre, the showings will take place at New York’s Regal Union Square Stadium 14 and Hollywood’s renowned Chinese Theatre at 12:01 A.M.. Events follow on the heels of the studio servicing to press a special holiday gift, an AVP-R Christmas ornament stating "This Christmas, there will be no peace on Earth."

Previous tidbit about the possibility for the home planet of Predator being presented in the upcoming "" turns out to be legit indeed.

A new production still from the action thriller sci-fi, courtesy of Yahoo! Movies, has featured the first image of the planet against the backdrop of bright sunlight as seen down below. This home-world of the Predator had never been depicted before in big screen installments of "Predator" franchise though there is a suggestion from the original comic book series that they originate from an entire star system instead of a single planet.

At last, shadows have ultimately been lifted from the Predalien face for now we have two clear, close-up images of the key creature in the upcoming "", many thanks to USATODAY.com.

From both pictures, one of which you can see on the above left, we can spot that the hybrid extraterrestrial being still has the scary face of an Alien aka Xenomorph though it does take on some of the characteristics of a Predator, in this case its cool dreadlocks. A Xenomorph born from a Predator host, it is described to be typically much stronger than Aliens born from human hosts and can just regurgitate in its victim's mouth.

At first glance, this new one seems to be no different than the Red Band trailer, minus the gory scenes of course, but make no mistake, it indeed contains few new footage, notably at its end where Predator's famous self-destruct device is shown.

What a quick move made by 20th Century Fox for the promotion of its upcoming "." Just unleashed the new trailer for the flick, now the studio is bringing up the first poster for the action thriller sci-fi on the net as well.

First appeared on JoBlo.com, the poster, as seen on the left, is quite a minimalist one, picturing the titular characters clutching our home planet as they are facing against each other. On the top, a tagline of "This Christmas There Will Be No Peace on Earth" is inscribed while the title is spotted to be referred simply as "AVP- R" instead.

As AVPGalaxy previously hinted, a Red Band trailer for "" has indeed arrived on the net by now, which sure is the moment every fan of "Alien vs. Predator" series have been waiting for.

Though officially posted in perfect high quality at Ign.com, the trailer turned out to have leaked on YouTube prior to its submission on the site. Running about two minutes, it contains handfuls of no cut-away shots of gore while confirming the new Predator "whip" weapon as well as the return of the original Predator vision and wristblades.

Following the announcement of its new, longer title, the first official image for "" has delightfully been posted online, as featured on the left, for fans of the series to take a look at.

Though able to catch both of the outer-space beings, those who expect more probably are going to still be curious as the movie still only presents what can be said as the silhouettes of the creatures rather than their detailed image that fans sure have been longing to see. Even so, the photo does suggests that changes apparently have been made on the two's appearances as reported before.

Seems the follow-up to 2004's "" has got itself a new, longer title from now on. Previously had a working title of "Alien vs. Predator: AVP2", the project has been learned to have its name changed to "" instead.

The new title was noticed to be mentioned in the latest edition of Entertainment Weekly of which site also listed the name in its Fall Movies Preview's Release Calendar section. Moreover, it is further learned that 20 th Century Fox as the studio producing the flick has already registered domain name of AliensvsPredatorRequiem.com that has yet to be activated.
