Jan 13, 2011Ok, i just watched this movie, wish i hadnt!...what the fuck were the cunts thinking!..there's no fucking plot to speak of..one character dosent even have any dialogue, the ending is fucking wank.All this film has going for it are some ok performances from fucking Lovejoy, and Ray does his best, to be honest i'd rather watch cbeebies..better plotlines there..and a lot less swearing...you caants!!

It certainly doesn't work as an action film, but I suspect the aspirations of the production team were rather higher, aiming to make a sort of cockney art-house movie. In this they totally fail. The astonishing absence of intellectual subtlety in the direction renders this awful movie a total flop.

Jan 12, 2010Had the pleasure being at teh BFI for a special viewing of 44 Inch Chest + Q&A. Present were Ray Winstone, John Hurt and David Scinto. Great film, with wonderful dialogue plus very funny in parts. Not to be missed! Bruno
