Dance-Off to Los Angeles with SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE!

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the "So You Think You Can Dance - DANCE OFF." This is a promotional event at the Nokia Center in Los Angeles and does not include a taping of the show. Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. airport nearest winner's primary residence (provided such residence is in the U.S.) to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), roundtrip airport/hotel transfers and transfers to the "DANCE OFF" event as well as $200 USD spending money in the form of an American Express Gift Card. Travel must start on May 18, 2008 and end on May 20, 2008. If winner cannot travel on these dates they automatically forfeit their winnings.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, meals, gratuities, all ground transportation (excluding the airport/hotel transfers) and any other costs and expenses incurred while on the trip that are not specifically stated herein. Guest must be 18 years of age or older as of winner notification. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must comply with all security requirements. Tickets and hotel stays are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or changed in any way. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. If winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,500.00. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure and market conditions at time of travel booking. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize, or any part thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. In the event the "DANCE OFF" is canceled or postponed, that portion of the prize may be cancelled without substitution during winner's stay in Los Angeles.
