Video: Alicia Keys and More Sing at 2009 Latin Grammy Awards
November 06, 2009 01:11:40It's a wrap for the 10th Annual Latin Grammy Awards. Its winners have been announced and soon afterwards, footage of its live performances by Alicia Keys, Alejandro Sanz and Laura Pausini and this year's big winner Calle 13 hit the web.
Alicia made a collaboration with Alejandro who brought his guitar during the set. The two musicians delivered a duet track called "Looking for Paradise" which is taken from his latest studio effort "Paraiso Express".
Winners of 2009 Los Premios MTV Awards, Lady GaGa Collects Two Gongs

She is named Best International Artist, beating The Veronicas, Taylor Swift, Ashley Tisdale and McFly. She also gets Song of the Year title, thanks to her hit single "Poker Face". In this category, she pushes aside Shakira, Nelly Furtado, Kings of Leon and Wisin & Yandel.
Though losing Song of the Year to Lady GaGa, Wisin & Yandel still manage to walk home with double victories, taking home Artist of the Year and Video of the Year prizes. This is the first time the Puerto Rican reggaeton win at the event. "I want to thank Mexico, Puerto Rico and all the Latinos who support our music," Wisin says. He also thanks rapper 50 Cent who is the announcer for Artist of the Year, "Also, someone who always believed in the revolution: 50 Cent."
Nominations of 2009 MTV VMAs, Beyonce and Lady GaGa Lead the Pack
August 05, 2009 09:08:33Nomination recipients for the 26th Annual MTV Video Music Awards have been announced on August 4. And, it was revealed that both Beyonce Knowles and Lady GaGa have dominated the list with nine nods.
Out of the nine nominations Beyonce and Lady GaGa received, eight of them have the two female singers facing off against each other. Beyonce competes against Lady GaGa in such categories as Video of the Year, Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, Best Direction, Best Editing, Best Special Effects, Best Cinematography and Art Direction.
Wisin and Yandel's 'Mujeres en el Club' Music Video Feat. 50 Cent
April 15, 2009 11:04:25A music video in companion of Wisin & Yandel's new single entitled "Mujeres en el Club" has just been debuted. In the video, they are seen performing the song inside an abandoned building. Their collaborator 50 Cent is also captured making a cameo.
"Mujeres en el Club" is the first single to be listed in Wisin & Yandel's soon-to-be-released seventh studio album "La Revolucion". The track has been released in U.S. since April 7, while the album will not be put forward in stores across the country until May 26.
RBD Got Equal Competition in 2007 Billboard Latin Awards

Mexican pop group RBD led the number of winning in 2007 Billboard Latin Music Awards with 3 counts. They took home most of the top nominations such as Tour of the Year, Latin Pop Album of the Year for "Celestial" and also Top Latin Album Artist of the Year.
Shakira who appeared this year with her best hit "Hips Don't Lie" featuring Wyclef Jean was named Hot Latin Song of the Year, Vocal Duet after defeating Ricky Martin's duet with La Mari and other two contenders. Hot Latin Song Artist of the Year went to Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel that beat other strong reggaeton Daddy Yankee.
