Twista Debuts Music Video for Single 'Birthday'
July 04, 2009 10:07:32Twista has brought out a music video in companion to his single entitled "Birthday". In this video, the rapper is captured kicking off a party with several male friends and beautiful girls in attendance. At some point, a nearly naked girl, who wears nothing except silver stars to cover her nipples, appears dancing with them.
Twista is set to include "Birthday" in his upcoming eighth studio effort "Category F5". He will drop the album across United States starting July 14. In this record, he makes a duet with such big stars as Akon, Busta Rhymes, R. Kelly and many more.
Twista Premiering Music Video for Single 'Wetter'
March 31, 2009 10:03:26A music video aimed to support Twista's new single "Wetter" has been made available to watch. It features the rapper singing his verses alongside beautiful girls. One of the scenes shows him pouring a drink for one of his in-video ladies.
"Wetter" is a song featuring female R&B singer Erika Shevon. The track will appear in Twista's forthcoming eight studio record "Category F5", due to arrive in U.S. on June 16.

McDonald's is not taking any risk for its first music tour. The fast food chain decided to cross Twista's name from the performers list because the rapper has "controversial lyrics".
"Although we respect free speech and artistic expression, we do not condone or perpetuate derogatory language," McDonald's USA said in a statement. "We want to ensure these free concerts are fun as well as appropriate for all of our customers."

Very well-known for its support in movie industry through Happy Meal, McDonald's is now working extra for its music sponsorship segment. The fast food chain is lining up Ne-Yo, Kat DeLuna and Twista as artists to grace their first music tour.
The live music shows that will be held at the restaurants' parking lots will take a 10 course dates, visiting cities with McDonald's outlets in it. Approximately 500 to 1,500 people are allowed to attend the free shows based on first come first served. The shows will be set off at 6.30 p.m.
Alicia Holds the Key to the Billboard 200

To land at No 3 is Gary Allan's sixth effort inspired by the suicide of his wife, "Tough All Over," which sold 100,000 CDs. Black Eyed Peas' "Monkey Business" climbs back to No. 4 sold another 90,000, ahead of Kanye West's sophomore effort, "Late Registration" at No. 5 and Latin singer Ricky Martin's "Life" at No. 6. Elsewhere, Sheryl Crow's fifth studio album, "Wildflower," drops two places to No. 7, followed by Twista's "The Day After" which falls from No. 2 to No. 8.
Nickelback Tops Chart with the Right Reasons

This is the first time for them to have such attainment in which their album "All the Right Reasons" has become their first U.S. No. 1 album, sold 317,000 copies in its debut week. Chicago rapper Twista is at 2nd with "The Day After" sold nearly 129,000 copies.
Country star Sarah Evans' "Real Fine Place" opening at No. 3, ahead of Gretchen Wilson's "All Jacked Up" which drops to No. 4 from last week's No. 1 debut. Sheryl Crow's "Wildflowers" drops three places to No. 5 with 106,000 copies in its second week, followed by Kanye West's "Late Registration" at No. 6. Entering the chart at No. 7 is Fiona Apple's "Extraordinary Machine" which has been sold for 94,000 copies.
