'Wild Hogs' Sequel Travels Around Europe
September 23, 2009 11:09:33Details on what "Wild Hogs 2: Bachelor Ride", a sequel to 2007's "Wild Hogs", will be dealing with have been unraveled. In an interview with MTV, one of "Wild Hogs" stars Tim Allen shares that the sequel will be seeing the four middle-aged suburban men riding their way to Europe for Dudley's bachelor party.
"[William H.] Macy is gonna propose to Marisa Tomei, which is how we left it [at the end of the first film]," Allen began explaining before revealing that the second movie will pick up soon after the end of the first film. He said, "It's like, literally, moments later in movie time. We end up going to a bachelor party. But we decide to do it as another hog trip, and we go to Europe this time."

After years acting in front of the camera, the 54-year-old actor is finally going to step behind the camera to direct the indie adult comedy film.
Aside from directing the project, the headliner of "The Santa Clause" franchise will still act for the film scheduled to start shooting sometime in March in Los Angeles. If the negotiations with other theps work out, he will play alongside Ray Liotta, Carrie-Anne Moss, Julie Bowen and Kelsey Grammer in the film about an ex-con who realizes that life outside the prison is much crazier.

Good relationship between Walt Disney Pictures and Tim Allen appears to keep moving on well. Set to repeat the successes they both struck through last year's "The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause" and recently-released "Wild Hogs", the two are reportedly teaming up again for a new comedy titled simply "Brothers (2008)."
Variety said the funnyman has been attached to topline the project for the studio while also being set to pen its screenplay alongside Matt Carroll, who just sold the script for "Random Acts of Cruelty" to Columbia Pictures. Story is said to center on a racially mixed pair of adopted brothers who are framed for a crime and forced to team up.

Already had "Inside Man" star Chiwetel Ejiofor to topline, the project centers on a Jiu-jitsu master who loses his way when he falls into the movie business. Before long he is conned into using his skills in a couple of ultimate fighting matches. Allen reportedly will play a down-on-his-luck action star that meets the master after getting his behind handed to him in a street fight.

The cast of the upcoming "Wild Hogs" increases in number as Jill Hennessy and Tichina Arnold have committed to star in. Both of them are joining the already on-board cast, including John Travolta, Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy.
While Hennessy is slated to play Allen's wife and Arnold about to play Lawrence's wife, the rest mentioned cast will all star as the bikers, who get more than they bargained for when they encounter a New Mexico gang called the Del Fuegos.
