Muse, who nabbed five nominations, in the meantime only won one, which was for Best Live Band. For the Best International Newcomer category, the award went to Aiden while the Best British Newcomer was Bring Me The Horizon. Bullet for My Valentine's "Tears Don't Fall" was chosen as Best Single, and Placebo was the Classic Songwriter.
Still on Top of the Charts Is Westlife
November 08, 2005 11:11:31Irish boy band Westlife celebrates their winning, even double as their latest album entitled "Face To Face" has joined their single "You Raise Me Up" at the top of the charts. This is the second time that their single is number one, while the album attainment automatically pushes Robbie Williams' "Intensive Care" off the top spot to No. 2 as Rod Stewart's "Thanks for the Memory -- Great American Songbook Vol. 4" entering the charts at No. 3.
In the meantime, at number 4 in the album chart is "Living A Dream," which is another new entry by Katherine Jenkins. The Prodigy compilation album "Their Law - The Singles" falls three places to number five.
