September 08, 2008 04:09:13Longtime lovers Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend spark wedding speculation yet again after she was spotted sporting a ring on her wedding finger during an outing in New York City last week. The actress was photographed hugging the actor when photographers noticed the reported ring.
Theron and Townsend, as reported by INF Daily, spent their day shopping at Gucci and Christian Dior. She was seen wearing a black tank-top, covering it up with blouse of the same color, jeans and a pair of slippers. Townsend, on the other hand, wore a stripped t-shirt, jeans, and a pair of shoes. Both of them were seen wearing sunglasses too. He brought the shopping bag for her.

Stuart Townsend and Charlize Theron are husband and wife. Well, sort of. The Hollywood sweethearts have called each other husband and wife despite the fact that they are not yet make their union legal.
"I'm married," People quoted Townsend as saying. "I didn't do a church wedding or anything, but we're married. We're husband and wife. We love each other and we want to spend our lives together. We didn't have a ceremony. I don't need a certificate or the state or the church to say otherwise. So no there's no big official story on a wedding, but we are married. ... I consider her my wife and she considers me her husband."

Just hours after The Courier-Mail posted a report stating Naomi Watts, Joseph Fiennes, and Stuart Townsend have been cast in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince", MTV has obtained claims from the thesps' representatives who all slammed the threesome's involvement in the project instead.
"Not true," representatives for Watts declared with those for Fiennes and Townsend echoing the same statement.

Fame is risky. That makes sense. Just see what happens to the world's celebrities. One day they are reported so and on the other day they get caught in another gossip.
Charlize Theron is one real example. Yesterday she was reported to split from boyfriend Stuart Townsend. And just know the actress released a statement, untrue the rumors while at the same time insisting she and beau are still together.

Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron has reportedly split from Stuart Townsend, her boyfriend of five years, after work commitments kept them apart. Not without reason, but the reports sparked soon after Theron was spotted attending recent showbiz bashes, including the BAFTAs and the Oscars, without Townsend by her side.
Such report was strengthen with a statement made by a friend of the actress' who revealed "Charlize is free and single again. Her relationship with Stuart is well and truly over. They just grew apart. It wasn't always easy because filming often kept them apart for months."

However, the sky-high paparazzi have turned the big day into a noisy affair, which of course upsetting Theron. She says "A lot of crazy people showed up in helicopters and I understand that people might think we're trying to pull one over them or something like that. It's just amazing to me, though, that once they realized (I wasn't getting married) they wouldn't go away... That was kind of rude and wrong."
