Video Premiere: Shiny Toy Guns' 'Ghost Town'
January 31, 2009 01:01:43A music video promoting Shiny Toy Guns' single "Ghost Town" off their second major studio LP "Season of Poison" has been premiered. Shot as an animated video, it starts with a capture of an abandoned placard, which read "Welcome to Ghost Town, Population Dead."
The video then continues showing the band, all portrayed as cartoon characters, singing the song. While they invade the town with their out-loud performance, zombies are seen coming out of the ground. Nearing the end, all the ghosts, including all the band's members, disappear when struck with the sunlight.

October 16, 2008 03:10:45A music video to promote Shiny Toy Guns' brand new song "Ricochet!" has been revealed. Produced by Teleprompt Films, the music video is handled by the capable hand of music director Israel Anthem.
"Ricochet!" is a new song confirmed to be listed on the band's upcoming major studio album "Season of Poison". Described as a "very serious, epic dynamic" and featuring a new lead female singer, Sisely Treasure, the record is expected to hit the market on November 4 under Universal Motown.
Shiny Toy Guns Confirm Release Date for 'Season of Poison'
September 17, 2008 10:09:38As a follow-up for their acclaimed Grammy nominated record "We Are Pilots", which has been dropped to the market in October 2006, Shiny Toy Guns set to release "Season of Poison" on November 4 under the courtesy of Universal Motown. "Ricochet" is their first single from the upcoming effort and has been heard on radio stations since late August.
Furthermore, the upcoming "Season of Poison" will mark the band's evolution after their vocalist Carah Faye Charnow left the band to pursue other interests. With their new singer, Sisely Treasure, the rockers are said to bring a new complimentary perspective to the band.
