Through their respective Twitter accounts, they posted, "Hi everyone-we wanted you all to know directly from us that Derek & I have decided to end our relationship as boyfriend & girlfriend" and vice versa.
There was no reason mentioned about the separation. "However, we love & care about each other very much & will remain friends & in each other's lives," the second post is read. Receiving words of sympathy from fans and friends, Elizabeth added hours later, "Thank you everyone for all your sweet words & encouragement-it really means a lot to me! Xoxo"

The publication has come up with yet another poll, "Sexiest Vegetarians", and coming on the first spot is the movie beauty who does not eat animal products or wear fur, feathers or leather.
Once claimed that all of her shoes "are from Target and Stella McCartney", Portman even designs her own brand of vegan footwear. The vegan collection of shoes she designed in conjunction with Te Casan is called "The Natalie Portman Collection," which has been available for pre-order beginning from January 15, 2008.

The new season of the hit TV show, which is the sixth, is set to begin on March 17 later this year with twelve celebrities, including sports champions, award-winning actors, and nationally-syndicated radio personalities among the contestants.

An actress and former fashion model, Shannon Elizabeth is not good at all at cooking. Yet, the beauty best known for her portrayal as Nadia in the hit movie "American Pie" (1999), is willing to improve her cooking skills, thus has signed on for the reality TV show "Hell's Kitchen".
"I'm a horrible cook because I always try to do it with oil, no butter - no flavor," the actress revealed. "Nobody else will ever eat it. My housekeeper now cooks."

Actor Joseph D. Reitman, the estranged husband of actress Shannon Elizabeth, has on Tuesday March 14th, 2006 filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking half of all property and assets the pair accumulated during the five years they lived together before they were married.
According to the suit, Reitman and Elizabeth began living together in the summer of 1997. And up until they got married on June 15, 2002, the couple agreed to "be equal partners in the acquisition of assets and in financial affairs whether such transactions were separate or joint," the lawsuit states.
