'Sorority Row' Brings Glitz to Los Angeles Premiere
September 04, 2009 03:09:34Thursday, September 3, has seen the Los Angeles premiere of Summit Entertainment's horror thriller "Sorority Row". While red carpet was rolled down in front of ArcLight Hollywood, the special screening was dominated with black as many of the film's stars and other celebrity guests coming were opting to dress in the dark color.
Rumer Willis who stars as Ellie, Briana Evigan who takes on Cassidy, Audrina Patridge who plays Megan, and Jamie Chung who portrays Claire all went dark on the special occasion. Their co-stars, Leah Pipes and Margo Harshman, however chose to go with a lighter color. Pipes went with light magenta, while Harshman wore an ivory white gown.

The daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore is slated to play Gia who, through the photos, is identified as pants-wearing and glasses-sporting red-head.
In the casting call, Gia is described as "Punky, cute, lesbian. Not afraid to speak her mind. A little bit of a spitfire." Featured in at least one episode, the outspoken character will share screen with Navid, Adrianna and Silver. Together they work on the school's paper Blaze News.

The birthday girl, who was spotted sporting sparkly black mini dress combined with matching heels, was joined by a group of 55 that included her actor boyfriend Micah Alberti. Her mother Demi Moore and step-father Ashton Kutcher were in attendance and so were her father Bruce Willis and his new wife Emma Heming. Rumer's younger sisters; Scout LaRue and Tallulah Belle were also present.

Rumer recently was signed to the drama series as a lesbian student named Gia. "[I'm] very happy to have her, I have met [Rumer] once or twice and she is very sweet," AnnaLynne told Access Hollywood. "I think she's awesome and obviously, you know, I kind of have a girl crush on her mom so its good to have her."

According to People, Getty will step in the role of a wealthy real estate magnate whose wife is missing. Beside Getty, Arquette who is having her second directing shot, has also included Rumer Willis and Anjelica Huston. Rumer Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis will guest star in the episode as Mackendra Taylor and "American Idol" alum Chris Daughtry as Machiavelli Taylor.
Two murder victims are found within two weeks, the New York team must struggle against time in order to hunt down this killer before the worst happens. Mac Taylor happens to be the same name as the show's lead detective which is played by Gary Sinise and 15 other people in the city, Macdonald Taylor, Mackiyo Taylor, Machiavelli Taylor, Mackinley Taylor and Mackendra Taylor among others. The latest manages to escape from the murderer's clutch although suffers from bruises and cuts.

Lining up to accompany Anna Faris in the actress-starred untitled comedy, "American Idol" runner-up Katharine McPhee, Emma Stone, Rumer Willis, Kat Dennings, and Dana Goodman have all agreed to get their names put in the project's cast list, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed.
A joint production of Columbia Pictures and Happy Madison Productions, pic focuses on Farris' character, a Playboy bunny kicked out of the Playboy Mansion, who becomes the house mother to the lamest sorority on campus. The quintet's inclusion is learned to fill in the major roles of the sorority sisters, thereby solidifying the flick as the first female-driven comedy to come out of the production company.
