Flashback Scene in 'New Moon' Detailed
August 06, 2009 02:08:10Jamie Campbell Bower's remark that "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" will see three Volturi members naked in a bathhouse when Carlisle Cullen visits them has been slammed, but there is partial truth in his words. In an interview with MTV during Twilight fan convention, TwiCon 2009, Carlisle's depicter Peter Facinelli revealed that the scene wherein Carlisle meets the Volturi was shot.
"We did film a flashback scene, but we're fully clothed in our garb from that era," the 35-year-old revealed when asked whether the movie will include the particular scene. "It's pretty cool. I think people are going to dig that. I like doing the flashback scenes, because you get to dress up in different time periods. It's set in a time, I think the 1800s, where I have traveled to Italy and I was living with the Volturi."
Peter Facinelli Cried When Susan Boyle Didn't Win 'Britain's Got Talent'

Recalling the moment, he said "The last time I cried was when - what's that singer's name who didn't win America, err, Britain's Got Talent? When Susan Boyle didn't win. Because she should've won, dammit!"
Asked about the last romantic thing he did for actress wife Jennie Garth, he answered, "We went out to lunch together on a nice little romantic date." He didn't disclose the exact date and venue though.

Addressing on the moment Kristen dropped her Best Female Performance award by the time she delivered her acceptance speech at 2009 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, May 31, Peter commented, "To sweep the awards like that? If that doesn't build someone's confidence, I don't know what can." The actor went on speaking about the Bella Swan depicter's sudden rise to fame, stating "I think being mind-blown about it isn't the same as being uncomfortable with it. The Cullen Family Cast Talk About Experiences on 'Twilight'
November 20, 2008 03:11:51Counting down to the release of "Twilight" that is less than two days away, MTV has posted a written interview with some of the vampire drama's cast ensemble. In the interview which reportedly took place at two different occasions, the actors who act as members of the Cullen family in the film, Peter Facinelli, Jackson Rathbone, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene and Elizabeth Reaser, sat down to talk about their experiences during the filming.
Discussing about what they have to go through for their portrayal of the vampire family, Facinelli recalled, "We did, like, a week of testing all the different kinds of makeup. The makeup team was phenomenal, and the actors were very patient...The makeup was part of the transformation. For me, it was 'blond in a bottle.' That took a good day at the salon." He then added, "...some of us had to go back to the salon more than others."

On Monday, November 17, evening, the studio rolled down red blood carpet at the Mann Village and Bruin theaters in Westwood, California, to welcome stars and guests.
With every corner in the middle of Westwood Village flooded with enthusiastic fans, the film's leading stars, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, were spotted walking down the red carpet. The two were joined by their co-stars, including Elizabeth Reaser, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Peter Facinelli and Taylor Lautner.
'Twilight' Unwrapped to Shoot New Scenes
August 26, 2008 12:08:14Though the principal photography of vampire drama "Twilight" has been wrapped up months earlier, the cast and crew of the Summit Entertainment's romantic thriller are going back to the production set once again. They are getting back together starting on Monday, August 25, to shoot several extra scenes to spice up the movie even more.
Talking to MTV News, Carlisle Cullen's depicter, Peter Facinelli, suggested that the additional shooting is not reshoots of previous scenes. "They liked it so much, they are bringing us back for some encore time - to beef it up," he said. "A little salt and pepper." In the same positive tone, another cast member Taylor Lautner stated on Friday, August 22, "We actually just had a rehearsal at [director] Catherine Hardwicke's house the other day for a new scene. It was a ton of fun."

First met in 1995 during the filming of the TV movie "An Unfinished Affair," Garth and Facinelli tied the knot in 2001 in Santa Barbara, Calif. The couple has had two daughters, Luca Bella, 8, and Lola Ray, 3.
