Patricia Arquette Granted Dismissal of Divorce Case
July 10, 2009 11:07:49It's official, Patricia Arquette's divorce to husband Thomas Jane is off. The small screen actress filed a petition on Tuesday, July 7, asking the dismissal of her divorce case which she filed earlier this year. She was granted a dismissal on Thursday, July 9.
No detail was included in the one-sheet legal document on the reason that prompted Patricia to call off her divorce. Representatives for her and Thomas also hadn't issued a single comment on the matter.
CBS' Official Fall 2009 Schedule Listed
May 21, 2009 10:05:46In a formal presentation held on Wednesday, May 20, CBS announced its official Fall 2009 schedule. Among the highlighted ones are the pick-up of "Medium" which has been snubbed by NBC and the go-ahead on "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" spin-off which is titled "NCIS: Los Angeles".
CBS Studios which is behind "Medium" previously criticized NBC for canceling the show starring Patricia Arquette. "NBC's cancellation of 'Medium' is inexplicable to us," the statement said. "The ratings don't lie: 'Medium' outperforms many of NBC's renewed shows ... We believe the show has a significant future and await developments." It will be put on Fridays, sandwiched by "Ghost Whisperer" and "Numb3rs".

The estranged couple, according to E! News, sends out invitations to friends to attend a party for their musician friend, named Eric Lewis, which is set to be held at their L.A.-area home.
E! News quotes the invitation for the planned party, which read, "Thomas Jane and Patricia Arquette Invite You to Their Home to Witness the Spectacular Eric Lewis." The exact date and hour when the party is going to be held remain unknown.
Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce From Thomas Jane

Patricia and Thomas were married in May 2006 and have a five year-old daughter named Harlow together. In the sprouting news that have been making rounds, Patricia reportedly is seeking a sole legal and physical custody of Harlow and will give visitation right to Thomas. Furthermore, Patricia is not pursuing any spousal support in the matter and similarly requests the court to deny him any.

The 59th annual Emmy Awards won't be held until September 16th later this year, but the nominees are in already. "The Sopranos", "Ugly Betty", and "Grey's Anatomy" are among the series dominating the award nominees list announced Thursday July 19th.
ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" is nominated for the Drama Series award, running for the category with the likes of "Boston Legal", "Heroes", "House", and "The Sopranos". The hit dramedy series "Ugly Betty" is vying for the category of Comedy Series with "Entourage", "The Office", "30 Rock", and "Two and a Half Men" as the competitors.

Emmy-winning star Patricia Arquette and her longtime beau actor Thomas Jane tied the knot in Italy Sunday June 25th, 2006, marking the third celebrity wedding took place within this week.
"It was a small, intimate celebration with close family," says Arquette's spokesperson. They were wed at the Palazzo Contarini in Venice, Italy.

Based on Eric Schlosser's nonfiction best-seller of the same title, the film is about to be directed by Richard Linklater.
