Papa Roach's 'I Almost Told You That I Loved You' Music Video
June 19, 2009 04:06:45Papa Roach's music video filmed to support their single called "I Almost Told You That I Loved You" has made its round. It captures a party kicked off in a narrow passage with the band rocking the bash and the guests sharing laughs with their partners.
The song itself was written based on a friend's story. The band's singer Jacoby Shaddix said, "That song was born from a conversation that me and this fella Matt Zane - he's a musician but he also directs pornography films - and he was telling me about this girl. He was trying out the talent before he put her on camera, and he was like, 'Oh, Jacoby, man, the pussy was so good I almost told her that I loved her.' Me and Jay Baumgardner, the producer, looked at each other and we were like, 'Now that's a song title right there!'"
Video Premiere: Papa Roach's 'Hollywood Whore'
October 29, 2008 11:10:43Four-piece band Papa Roach have premiered a music video for their single "Hollywood Whore". The video opens up with a scene where a woman lies on the floor, seemingly to be drunk. Then, the whole band take over with their out-loud performance as if they want to wake her up and make her sober.
"Hollywood Whore" is a song telling a story of Hollywood socialite who worships cash, fame, and fans. The new single will be among new tracks on the band's fifth studio album "Metamorphosis". Slated to come out in March 2009, the album, originally titled "Days of War, Nights of Love", is produced by Jay Baumgardner.
Papa Roach Left by Troubled Drummer
January 31, 2008 11:01:24Previously announced as taking only a break to "clean his act up", Papa Roach's drummer Dave Buckner officially leaves the band as revealed by frontman Jacoby Shaddix on the band's MySpace on Monday, January 28.
"We are going through a lot of changes right now... Change is good - it keeps things fresh," Shaddix wrote. "For y'all that don't know, we had to split with Dave, our drummer. It was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do. He's taking this time to get his life together. We are still friends and still talk on a regular basis."

Three big rock acts have joined forces in a leg of tour that will boast the music genre and serve the fans right. Papa Roach, Buckcherry, and Hinder are rolling together this summer in a jaunt dubbed "Badboys Of Rock Tour".
The preliminary dates to this trek have been announced on liveDaily.com. So far the tour is limited up to 7 dates with July 13-night in Lansing, MI as the kick-start. They will visit mostly country fair stages in Dubuque, IA, Lima, OH and Allegan, MI and stretch it to Sept. 12 date in York, PA.
H.I.M. Teams Up with Papa Roach for An 11 Fall Tour Dates

Finland rock group H.I.M. is teaming up with Northern Californian alt-metal group Papa Roach for an 11-date road trip, so MTV.com reported just now.
Both music acts are slated to kick off the tour October 18 in Lowell, Massachusetts, with dates scheduled through October 31 in Universal City, California.
