June 13, 2008 09:06:28"Desperate Housewives" star Marcia Cross was involved in a car accident on Wednesday afternoon, June 11 in Los Angeles, Access Hollywood reported. Her vehicle was reported to have sustained minimal damage and luckily she was fine.
Cross was driving her Lexus RX near Wilshire and Berry in West L.A. at around 2 P.M. when her vehicle collided with a sedan. Judging from then photos taken from the scene, the other driver's car sustained a significant amount of front-end damage.

The steamy pictures, taken by hubby Tom Mahoney as the actress showered outdoors, were found by a firm hired to remove garbage from her Los Angeles home in early November 2006. The couple quickly took legal action to prevent the personal photos being published, insisted they had a copyright of them.

The wedding dress reportedly was a silk wool and silk gazar scoop-back mermaid gown embroidered with silver metallic with a 5-foot-long train. The groom, meanwhile, wore French menswear label De Fursac, which he models for.

Debuted her baby daughters, Eden and Savannah, on the magazine's cover, the "Desperate Housewife" said "I wanted to be a member of that club so badly, and now I'm in and it's so much better than I even imagined." She went on adding, "Even before I was 30 I started thinking about (motherhood). The years started going by and I was anxious about the clock ticking. Now it seems like it was all meant to be."

"Desperate Housewives" star Marcia Cross is taking legal action to prevent nude photographs of her from being published. The over than 200 personal photos of the actress were found by a firm hired to remove garbage from her Los Angeles home and now the firm trying to sell them to the highest bidder.
Lawyers for Cross claim the photos, accidentally disposed by the actress, are the copyrighted property of Cross and her husband, Tom Mahoney, no matter where they were discovered and thus look forward to get them back. However, Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt, who was hired to represent the removal firm, insisted that Cross gave up her ownership rights when she tossed the photos in the trash.
