Shannon Brought Back to 'Lost'
October 27, 2009 03:10:05It looks like the last season of "Lost" will be one big reunion. TV Guide Magazine's William Keck has just reported that Maggie Grace aka Shannon Rutherford will be reporting to duty next month in Oahu, Hawaii where the show has been filming. The filming of her part reportedly will be "top-secret".
Shannon is the stepsister of Boone (Ian Somerhalder) who was entangled in a romantic relationship with Sayid. She was accidentally shot by Ana Lucia in the first half of the second season. Curiously, her picture was included in the sixth season poster released at D23 Expo in September along with other fallen characters.

Starring Liam Neeson, Famke Janssen and Maggie Grace, the action thriller for the 20th Century Fox resolves around Mills, a former US intelligence agent. Seems big screen roles really suits Maggie Grace as time goes by. Already attached to two movie projects for future releases, the beauty is now reported to have landed the female lead opposite Liam Neeson in "Taken", an action thriller of Luc Besson's Europa Corp. and the 20th Century Fox production.
Here the "Lost" star is plotted as the estranged daughter of Neeson's character who is kidnapped and forced into the slave trade, leading the father, a former spy agent, to use his skills in rescuing her.
