Lil' Flip's Manager Denied Car Accident Reports
June 06, 2008 11:06:54A manager for Lil' Flip has poured cold water to previous reports that the hip hop artist was involved in a near fatal car accident in his hometown Tuesday, June 3. Denouncing the false report, the manager insisted Lil' Flip is very healthy.
As reported earlier, Lil' Flip was injured in a car crash occurred on Southwest side of Houston. His unidentified car was to said to be totaled with Flip himself was quickly rushed to hospital where he was treated for neck and wrist injuries.

June 05, 2008 02:06:56On Tuesday, June 3 it was reported that Houston rapper Lil' Flip has been involved in a car crash in his hometown. Although details are still scarce, it is revealed that Flip whose real name is Wesley Eric Weston, Jr. was injured in the accident.
The unfortunate event occurred on Southwest side of Houston, Texas according to a press release issued by Flip's spokesperson. The car which type is unidentified was totaled and Flip was quickly rushed to hospital where he was treated for neck and wrist injuries.

Lil' Flip can now take a deep sigh of relieved as he's been pleaded not guilty of credit card abuse charge in Houston after allegedly purchasing an airplane ticket with another man's American Express card.
A Harris County grand jury has on Wednesday August 15th declined to indict the rapper for the related credit card abuse charge as it is found out already that the airplane ticket was purchased by a man from South Carolina who Flip thought worked for a legitimate travel agency. Prosecutors thus have closed their investigation and declared no further charges are expected in the case.

Lil' Flip made a brief visit to jail, literally. The rap star turned himself in to the Harris County Courthouse around 2:30 pm Saturday July 21st and was released shortly after posting a $2000 bail.
Flip was accused of credit card abuse after allegedly purchasing an airplane ticket using another man's American Express card. Per the authorities, it is said that Flip bought a Southwest Airlines ticket from Houston to Baltimore, cost $671, using a credit card owned by a man named Jordan Salinger, who didn't authorize the purchase.

Tired of being unlucky in his former label Sony Urban and being caught in a bad promotional project for the album "I need Mine", Lil' Flip has decided to change his recording home to Warner Bros.
The incident has been intrigued by the former unfortunate event in which Flip's songs that are supposed to be released March 27 were lost in the process. Total 19 out of 29 songs have come out in the Internet even before the official release date. In the end he had to re-record the album and maintain only 9 of them. Commented on this fraud he said, "I don't wanna say no names."
