A family source has been informing People that Casey was discharged from the facility on Friday, May 1.
"Casey got home today, and he's doing really well," the source says in a statement. "He'll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He's still got a headache, but everything looks good." The source, furthermore, reveals that the accident caused Casey to suffer from head injury, which luckily required no surgery and apparently caused no permanent damage.
