The newborn infant is named Kelley James Donoho. He was delivered by emergency C-section at 35 weeks. He joins older brothers; Finley Arthur Donoho and Riley Edward Donoho.

"Charmed" star Holly Marie Combs gets charmed in real life as she welcomed the arrival of her second child with husband David Donoho.
The actress gave birth Thursday afternoon Oct 26th at 12:57 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The baby boy, named Riley Edward Donoho, weighed in at 8½ lbs. and was 19 inches long.
