Heaven and Hell's Radio City Gig Melted to CD

Those who got the chance to view Heaven and Hell's fast-selling Radio City Music Hall gig on March 30 were lucky but those who missed the live show will get the compensation with released CDs and DVD.
Packed in 2 CDs and a single DVD, a set will hit stores August 28 under the title "Live from Radio City Music Hall". This package captures every moment of the band's comeback after 15 years absent from U.S. stage. The CDs as usual will contain the songs played during the gig while the DVD features tour memorabilia including a tour program, backstage laminate, glossy photos of the band and other tour items.

Following Heaven and Hell sold out gig in Radio City Music Hall on March 30, a CD and DVD version that documented the moments is going to hit the stores this fall.
The record will contain the live version of "The Devil Cried", "Shadow of the Wind", "After All (The Dead)", "The Mob Rules", "Children of the Sea", "Lady Evil", "I", "The Sign of the Southern Cross" and "Voodoo". There will also be the drum solo pieces from Vinny Appice plus the encore scores "Lonely Is the Word" and "Neon Knights".

Under the name Heaven and Hell, Black Sabbath will perform at Radio City, NY on March 30. This gig is a sold out and is presented in 'Ronnie James Dio mode'.
Members playing in this performance are Tony Iommy, Geezer Butler, Vinny Appice, and vocalist Ronnie James Dio. "You can call us 'Mayor Koch' if you want to. What we're called doesn't matter, but on the Internet they call us Black Sabbath, because that's really what we are," Dio said on behalf of the 1980s lineup. "They were virtually a nonentity when we did 'Heaven and Hell'. My inclusion put a different signature on the band and captured the imagination of people who had no idea what came before," he added.

For what is considered as the most anticipated rock tour in 2007, the announcement of Heaven and Hell's tour dates is undoubtedly great news to music fans especially in rock genre. Heaven and Hell as the Ronnie James Dio's version of Black Sabbath is reunited in this tour for the first time since 15 years ago. The band is finally hitting the road starting from March 11 in Vancouver.
There has been 12 stops revealed in the band's official website, including the one night only stop at the prestigious New York's Radio City Music Hall on March 30. Besides the 12 dates, the announcement of additional tour schedules which are up to the end of the year in Europe, Asia and US will follow after.

The remaining members of heavy metal band Black Sabbath are coming back. Yet as of this time the boys, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Bill Ward and Ronnie James Dio, are all hitting the road as Heaven and Hell and not as Black Sabbath anymore.
A press release was issued Wednesday Oct 25th announcing that Ronnie James Dio, who replaced Ozzy Osbourne in Black Sabbath during the early '80s, is officially in. Still according to the press release, "after various promoters have approached their respective management, the guys have started taking all of this very seriously, as they have wanted to reunite for some time now...If all goes well, Heaven And Hell should be hitting the road in early 2007."
