Two Collect "Dust of Time"

Both successfully establishing solid reputation in Hollywood, Willem Dafoe and Harvey Keitel have been brought together to star in "The Dust of Time", an English-language debut from Greek filmmaker Theo Angelopoulos.
Project was unveiled by Angelopoulos on Monday, June 18 in Cologne, Germany where he spoke at a panel at Filmstiftung North Rhine-Westphalia's annual International Film Congress. Plot details still remain a mystery, but it is revealed that filming will begin this October in Russia for a 2008 release with Bruno Ganz and Valeria Golino also starring.
Harvey Keitel to be Under "The Ministers" Watch

Still eager to put one more acting stint in his already-diverse repertoire, Harvey Keitel is reported to be engaged in final negotiations for a starring role in "The Ministers", the crime thriller project coming from Universal Pictures.
If things go well, the "National Treasure" star will be billed in the film as a good cop who has an unfortunate incident that changes the course of his life. The flick itself revolves around a female NYPD detective who investigates a mysterious group known as the Ministers, along the way unknowingly getting romantically involved with a member of the group.

The already-starry cast of "Arthur and the Invisibles" no doubt gets remarkably brighter by now as six more stars have reportedly been picked up to lend their voices in the project.
The latest addition includes big names consisting of Robert De Niro, Harvey Keitel, Anthony Anderson, Chazz Palminteri, Jason Bateman, plus Jimmy Fallon. All thereby are joining the likes of Madonna, David Bowie, and Snoop Dogg who have already included in the list to voice Princess Selenia, Maltazard, and Max, respectively.

November 23, 2005 10:11:58More movie stars joining the cast of "Dedication," an upcoming comedy flick which will mark the directorial debut of actor Justin Theroux. Those are Billy Crudup, Mandy Moore, Harvey Keitel, Mia Farrow and Bob Balaban.
The story of the film concerns a misogynistic children's book writer (Crudup) who is forced to collaborate with a young female illustrator (Moore) when his writing partner and only friend (Keitel) dies. Farrow will play the domineering mother of Moore's character, while Balaban plays the book's publisher.
Keitel Honored at the 24th Istanbul Film Festival
April 18, 2005 10:04:40Actor Harvey Keitel was handed a lifetime achievement prize Saturday April 16, 2005, at the closing ceremony of the 24th Istanbul Film Festival. Along with him was Italian film legend, Sophia Loren, who received the achievement award at the opening of the festival.
"Gille's Wife" a Belgian film by Frederic Foteyne and a Japanese film "Cafe Lumiere" by Taiwanese director Hou Hsiao-Hsien, to add, picked up the Golden Tulip prize. Above all, the best Turkish film in the national competition went to "Anlat Istanbul" or "Istanbul Tales," directed by a team of five: Umit Unal, Kudret Sabanci, Selim Demirdelen, Yucel Yolcu and Omur Atay.
