June 11, 2009 11:06:54Hank Azaria and his girlfriend Katie Wright have welcomed the arrival of their first child, a baby boy, on Saturday, June 6. The infant, named Hal, "was premature but he's healthy and strong," the actor's representative tells People, adding that "Everyone is very happy."
Hank Azaria and Katie Wright, who is a former actress, have been dating for more than two years. They announced Katie's pregnancy and sex of the baby in February. At that time, the actor said he enjoyed talking to his not-yet-born son using "many voices" and playing The Beatles. "We pump a lot of Beatles music into the womb. I get inspired to talk to him like John Lennon occasionally," Hank stated. "He seems to like it, he gets very kicky when I talk this way."

"Godzilla" star Hank Azaria, also known for his voice works in "The Simpsons", is set to embrace his feature directorial debut. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Forest Hills-born actor is currently engaged in talks to helm "Outsourced", a layoff comedy project coming from Columbia Pictures.
Produced by Eric Gold, the feature focuses on two workmen of an American factory who venture south of the border to get their jobs back when the factory is shut down and transported to Mexico. No words yet on production date.
