Gucci Mane's 'Spotlight' Music Video Feat. Usher
November 05, 2009 02:11:21"Spotlight" music video shows Usher urging broken-hearted Gucci Mane to come to his party. The video is directed by Benny Boom and has cameos from Eddie Murphy's oldest daughter Bria Murphy and Young Money's new artist Nicki Minaj.
"Spotlight" is confirmed to be one of the new materials in Gucci Mane's second studio album "The State vs. Radric Davis". The song's producer Polow da Don said the song was born because Gucci wanted to do an experiment.

October 24, 2009 10:10:33Several newly-found set photos show that Gucci Mane and Usher will be sharing screen for Gucci's "Spotlight" music video. Playing the leading lady is Bria Murphy who is the oldest daughter of actor Eddie Murphy.
The video is directed by Benny Boom and was filmed in Gucci's hometown, Atlanta. Aside from Usher and Bria, another cameo in the video is Young Money's new artist Nicki Minaj. Premiere date for the video is yet to be disclosed.

July 24, 2009 09:07:20After debuting a music video for "Obsessed" original version, Mariah Carey now makes public another music video, only this time to promote the song's remix which features rapper Gucci Mane. In this video, Mariah is seen sporting a white mini dress and laying on the table in front of Gucci.
"Obsessed" is set to appear in Mariah's new album "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel". Along with its remix version, this song came out on June 16, while the album will not be made available for U.S. purchase until September 15.

In the video, he is seen waking up in the morning only to find a break-up message from his girlfriend, who is played by RichGirl's Audra. Other cameos in the video include Mario's collaborators Gucci Mane and Sean Garrett as well as another member from RichGirl, Brave.
"Break Up" is set to appear in Mario's upcoming fourth studio album "And Then There Was Me". The track is described by the R&B singer as "a club record" which tells a story that "every man has experienced before." He explained to Bossip, "It's like why would you want to break up with me when you gon' get the same thing with the next man. But, he ain't gon do it as fly as I can."
Gucci Mane Releasing 'Faces' Music Video
March 20, 2009 04:03:35A music video in support of Gucci Mane's song entitled "Faces" has made its debut. Starting with a scene where someone is seen counting lots of cash, it moves on, capturing the rapper in studio for the song's recording session.
"Faces" is a song where Gucci teams up with fellow rappers Yung Ralph and Yung Fresh. The track reportedly comes from his upcoming DVD "Trapoholics 2".
Rapper Gucci Mane Arrested on DUI, Drugs, and Gun Charges
July 25, 2008 02:07:07The criminal charges are triple for Gucci Mane when he was arrested early Wednesday morning, July 23 in Atlanta. The rapper was busted for driving under the influence (DUI) following a routine traffic stop during which police found a small amount of marijuana and a gun in his vehicle.
He was taken to the Henry County Jail in McDonough, Georgia at approximately 6:00 A.M. He was booked under charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Gucci Put in Jail
July 21, 2005 11:07:27As a result of an Atlanta incident that killed Henry Clark, rapper Gucci Mane has been arrested Friday in Miami by local authorities on the outstanding police warrant, his lawyer Dennis Scheib said Wednesday. The arrest actually stems from an altercation earlier this month involving a promoter and people at Mane's record label, Big Cat Records.
At the time the incident occurred, five men entered a DeKalb condominium where Mane was visiting and exchanged gunfire with Mane before the men escaped. Clark is believed as one of the five men who confronted Mane. On the other hand, the promoter was injured and filed a complaint. Speaking about the rapper trial, Scheib said that case has been put on hold until October, pending a new investigation by authorities.
Gucci Mane Facing Murder Charge

Just days before the release of his debut album titled "Trap House," Mene is put in jail, facing a murder charge. The rapper, whose real name is Radric Davis, is accused of the May 10 shooting death of Henry Clark whose body was found in woods near a middle school. The album is actually scheduled to be released Tuesday May 24th, 2005. Yet, a publicist for Atlanta-based Big Cat Records has not yet giving comment on it.
