Fred Durst and Wife Divorcing
September 29, 2009 11:09:57The wedding of rock star Fred Durst and his wife Esther Nazarov is short lived. The pair, who announced their marriage in July, has called it quits. In a post on his Twitter account, the 39-year-old performer confirmed, "For those of you inquiring I will confirm that Esther and I have decided to go our separate ways and we both thank you for your support."
Minutes later, the Limp Bizkit frontman wrote "Thank you all SO much for your concern and extremely kind words. Sincerely. We remain very positive and wish only the best for each other." It is not mentioned though on when Fred and Esther actually split and when they will start their divorce proceedings.
Fred Durst Confirms Wedding Via Twitter
July 18, 2009 09:07:34Rocker Fred Durst took it to his Twitter account to announce his wedding to girlfriend Esther. In a brief post on the social networking site dated July 16, he wrote "Cheers to the universe from me and my lovely wife Esther Durst!! We are now one and complete. :o)".
Twenty minutes after posting the announcement, the Limp Bizkit frontman posted a photo of himself and Esther spending time together by the pool and toasting with mojitos. No further information about the wedding has been shared though.
Limp Bizkit Reuniting for World Tour and New Album
February 13, 2009 09:02:06Limp Bizkit will be reuniting for a spring world tour and new studio album. Confirming the news are the band's vocalist Fred Durst and guitarist Wes Borland in a joint statement on their official website.
"We decided we were more disgusted and bored with the state of heavy popular music than we were with each other," so the statement read. "Regardless of where our separate paths have taken us, we recognize there is a powerful and unique energy with this particular group of people we have not found anywhere else. This is why Limp Bizkit is back."

It's time to pay. Fred Durst, the lead singer of nu metal band Limp Bizkit, has been pleaded no contest in assault charge.
The 37-year-old man was pleaded no contest to seven misdemeanors, including assault, battery and reckless driving, for intentionally hitting two people with his car. In the court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 16th obtained by CelebTV.com, it is stated that Durst hit two L.A. residents with his vehicle "on or about October 26, 2006."

Fred Durst expressed his willingness to make peace with former team mate Wes Borland to reprise the glorious days of Limp Bizkit. Though he was not asking for a reunion, Durst wishes that the band's original line up can tour around the world.
He wrote in MySpace blog, "The feeling we have on stage as Limp Bizkit is like no other feeling I have ever had, and no other feeling has been so rewarding. Imagine that me and Wes could work things out together and be a band again," Durst wrote. "We had so many wonderful times ... [and] I am proud to say that I have learned so much from my mistakes and it has taken a long time to evolve to this place where I finally let myself be healed. Without Wes, I wouldn't know what it is like to work with the best."

Constructing an unusual team, Chris Klein, Jake Busey, and Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit have joined forces to star in "Play Dead", a dark comedy set to be helmed by "Third Watch" star Jason Wiles, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Here Klein will play Ronnie Reno, a former TV action star in dire need of a comeback who becomes the center of the flick's story. His life gets a drastic turn when he finds the body of a dead FBI agent in a remote Nevada town run by scary meth dealers, forcing him to reunite with his former co-stars to save himself and the terrorized townsfolk. Meanwhile Busey is set to portray one of the dealers with Durst as a henchman.

Hopefully this time things would be much better for Fred Durst. The Limp Bizkit frontman announced via his MySpace page Thursday July 20th that he is getting married.
"I have met a wonderful girl named Krista from Rhode Island and have asked her to marry me. She said yes and I am now proud to say that we are engaged to be married," so the man wrote.

Durst and a team of producers are working on the program, which will be in form of one-hour show, combines celebrity interviews with reality-style notices into Durst's career and personal life. Though two cable channels are already reportedly interested, Variety mentions Durst and his production team will begin pitching the concept to networks this week.
