He, as reported by Star Magazine, embarked on an affair with a New York City events planner Rachel Uchitel, whom he met at his 40th birthday celebration at hot spot Griffin, where she works.
"He was attracted to Rachel and asked her for her number," an insider says. "She gave him her card, and he texted her that night to have a drink with him. She went, and they had a major connection." Since that time, the two saw each other once a month in N.Y.C. or L.A., and spoke on the phone or via text message regularly.

David Boreanaz married Jaime Bergman, who is an actress, in November 2001. The pair's oldest child, son Jaden Rayne Boreanaz, was born in May 2002. He was previously married to social worker Ingrid Quinn from 1997 to 1999. They have no children together.
David Boreanaz Confirms Sex of Forthcoming Second Child

In a special video taped for crowd attending this year's Comic Con International in San Diego, the small screen actor confirms, "I'm a little bit stuck in Los Angeles due to the fact that my wife is on her 34th week (of pregnancy with) our second child. And I'd like you to know that it's going to be a girl."
"Don't ask me the name because I'm not going to give out any of that personal information!" he continues stating. And while there has been no further detail unveiled about the forthcoming baby girl, numerous reports mention the infant is due to be born in September.

Telling hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa how he explained the "birds and the bees" to son Jaden, the star said he told the 6-year-old boy, "You're aware that mommy and daddy are having a new baby?"
David's statement then prompted Kelly to exclaim, "Did you just say you're having a new baby?" And David, who apparently wasn't aware of what he has just said, replied, "I said that? Oh I did! Yes, I'm having a new baby."

On Thursday, September 11, the Academy of Television Arts and Science has confirmed that Christina Applegate, Candice Bergen, David Boreanaz, Wayne Brady, Lauren Conrad, Jimmy Kimmel and Kiefer Sutherland will be presenting the winged woman statuettes.
"We are thrilled to announce another great group of presenters for the telecast," executive producer Ken Ehrlich commented. "Each will bring something exciting to the show, and the lineup promises to make the evening a night to remember." Applegate and the others are now enlisted among other previously announced presenters, including America Ferrera, Hayden Panettiere, Vanessa Williams, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Eva Longoria, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.

Flick presents the story the Immaculata College women's basketball team as it rose from loser status to victory in the 1972 National Women's Collegiate Championship. Gugino will play the coach while Boreanaz is set to portray her husband.
