CBS' Official Fall 2009 Schedule Listed
May 21, 2009 10:05:46In a formal presentation held on Wednesday, May 20, CBS announced its official Fall 2009 schedule. Among the highlighted ones are the pick-up of "Medium" which has been snubbed by NBC and the go-ahead on "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" spin-off which is titled "NCIS: Los Angeles".
CBS Studios which is behind "Medium" previously criticized NBC for canceling the show starring Patricia Arquette. "NBC's cancellation of 'Medium' is inexplicable to us," the statement said. "The ratings don't lie: 'Medium' outperforms many of NBC's renewed shows ... We believe the show has a significant future and await developments." It will be put on Fridays, sandwiched by "Ghost Whisperer" and "Numb3rs".
Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J Lined Up for 'NCIS' Spin-Off
February 05, 2009 04:02:06Two major movie stars are heading to television for a spin-off to "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service". "Batman and Robin" star Chris O'Donnell and "Mindhunters" star slash rapper LL Cool J are reportedly in talks to be the main cast of the not-yet-titled spin-off.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, O'Donnell will play an average guy named Callen who is born to do undercover work, "taking on different identities". LL Cool J meanwhile, is considered for the role of Sam Hannah who is a tough but charming former U.S. Navy Seal.
'Max Payne' Hits Hollywood With Premiere
October 14, 2008 02:10:01The live-action adaptation of popular 2001 video game "Max Payne" has rolled down its red carpet in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater in celebration of its Hollywood premiere. The special event was held on Monday, October 13, evening and saw many of its stars as well as celebrity guests walking down the red carpet.
Joining director John Moore for the special occasion was the leading man Mark Wahlberg. The 37-year-old actor arrived to the premiere accompanied by his actress fiancee Rhea Durham. Aside from Wahlberg, other cast ensemble spotted at the event included Mila Kunis, Chris O'Donnell, Nelly Furtado, Ludacris, Amaury Nolasco, Marianthi Evan and Donal Logue.

The newborn baby, O'Donnell and Caroline's fifth child, was born in Los Angeles and was 8 lbs. and 21.5 inches long.

Keep filling up the flick's cast, filmmakers of "Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Mystery" have successfully enticed Joan Cusack, Chris O'Donnell, and Julia Ormond to all come onboard to bring more highlight to the project, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed.
Based on the popular line of historically accurate dolls and books for girls, the picture has already had Abigail Breslin, Stanley Tucci, Jane Krakowski, and Glenne Headly in the lineup as well as Max Thieriot and Wallace Shawn. Breslin will play the titular character, a clever, resourceful girl who helps her mother run a Cincinnati boardinghouse when her father loses his job.
