Video Premiere: Augustana's 'I Still Ain't Over You'
August 13, 2008 04:08:36California rock band Augustana have premiered a music video for their latest "Can't Love, Can't Hurt" single. After releasing "Sweet and Low" as the first single off the April album, the band have decided to pull out "I Still Ain't Over You" as the second one.
A black and white music video is made simple with the band playing their respective instruments in a lounge. The video was premiered via AOL on Tuesday, August 12.
Maroon 5 and Counting Crows Make Up Touring Team
March 25, 2008 03:03:05Still on the heels of their 2007 album "It Won't Be Soon Before Long", Maroon 5 will tour across U.S. starting this Summer with the companion of Counting Crows. The two rock bands have teamed up for a headlining tour that begins July 25 in Virginia Beach, V.A..
"Love Song" crooner Sara Bareilles will open the dates up till August 26 and hand out the baton to fellow Epic Records artist Augustana for the rest of the dates that stretch up to October 4 in West Palm Beach, Fla.. Tickets for the environment-friendly tour will go on sale through Ticketmaster and Live Nation on Friday, April 4. Complete tour dates can be found here.
The Sundance Film Festival Lineup
January 09, 2006 01:01:53Numbers of famous musicians have been tapped to join the lineup at the Sundance Film Festival, which is going to be held January 20-28 at the Sundance Music Cafe in Park City, Utah. Among those are Rufus Wainwright, Bruce Hornsby, Michael Penn and Savage Garden alumnus Darren Hayes.
Those names will feature at the 8th annual event which is aimed to encourage onscreen collaborations among filmmakers, composers and songwriters. Meanwhile, stars set to perform among others include Schuyler Fisk, Sharon Stone, musicians led by Patrick Fugit, Mike Doughty, 2 Foot Yard, Athlete, Augustana, and many more.
