Having twin babies of her own, is touched by the needy children who are being treated annually by Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and thus has revealed her intention to offer some help. The actress-singer announced Wednesday, May 14 that she's going to host and help coordinate the third Noche de Ninos benefit gala, which is set to take place October 11 later this year at the Nokia Center.

Thanks to her twins Max and Emme, from whom Lopez gets the inspiration to get more involved in the cause. "Doing something where I was proactive ... where I was the one pushing and making something happen, that just became very important to me," the Associated Press quoted her as saying. Alejandro Sanz Pushed Back Tour to Rest

's visit to U.S. for a tour has to be postponed since the Grammy awards winning singer is following doctor's order. His doctor in Spain required him to take an absolute rest after an exhausting tour in Latin America.

This pushed back schedule will begin again in November with details and additional shows following to be announced. So far the June concerts at Gibson Amphitheater, Los Angeles has been rescheduled to November 16-17. After that he will perform in San Diego on November 21 and continue it to El Paso, McAllen, Dallas and Houston on November 23-30.

Miguel Bose's Most Ambitious Album

To celebrate 30 years enrollment as a singer, Spanish singer Miguel Bose released an album titled "Papito". In a large-scale, Bose tapped several artists such as , , , , and even 's Michael Stipe to record duets with him.

The album that contains the remakes of his previous songs has been released in Spain and America last month. It peaked at #6 in Billboard's Latin chart and still continues ruling the top 20. Stipe who stood out among the Latinos assisted Bose in the song "Lo que hay es lo que ves".

Shakira Plans A Live Aid-Style Event

is getting more and more serious in taking in hand poverty causes, especially that in her country. Apparently, the Colombian pop singer recently revealed that she has teamed with a group of Latin artists to organize a Live Aid-style event that will help the poor people of her continent.

She says "We want this to be an event that brings world attention to poverty in Latin America, which is virtually invisible to the rest of the world." The event reportedly is slated to be held in 2007, though details on it have yet been revealed. Sources say the artists involved will among others include , and Miguel Bosa, who all have track records of working for worthy causes.

Punk rockers and hip-hop star have both dominated the 2005 Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 6th. The two musicians equally picked six awards each. As of Green Day, it was named Album Group of the Year, Pop Group of the Year, Hot 100 Group of the Year, Rock Artist of the Year, Modern Rock Artist of the Year, and Rock Song of the Year for their "Boulevard of Broken Dreams."

Meanwhile, 50 Cent brought home the awards for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Hot 100 Artist of the Year, R&B/Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, Rap Artist of the Year, and Ring tone of the Year for his "Candy Shop" featuring Olivia. Other big winner at the prestigious event was pop diva who was honored Female Album Artist of the Year, Female R&B/Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, Hot 100 Song of the Year for "We Belong Together," Hot 100 Airplay of the Year and Rhythmic Top 40 Title of the Year, both for the same song.

It's Record of the Year honor that finally fell down into the hands of at the Sixth Annual Latin Grammy Awards held on Thursday. Also taking home a Grammy for Best Song, he was not only the Mexican music artist who received the awards for rock band Molotov managed to grab one for Best Rock Album by a Duo or Group with Con Todo Respeto. However, it's Colombian rocker who showed his widest smile as he successfully collected three awards of Best Rock Solo Vocal Album, Rock Song, and Video.
